Day 1: Meet your driver at Charlotte Douglas (CLT) → about 2.5 hours to Oak Hill Academy to drop off your student → 25 minutes to your hotel in West Jefferson, NC. We recommend the West Jefferson Hotel downtown, with OH Restaurant & Bar inside and shops and restaurants a short walk away.
Day 2: Hotel pickup → Walmart Supercenter in West Jefferson for dorm supplies → Oak Hill to deliver everything while your driver waits → back to Charlotte airport for your flight, or to a Charlotte hotel for the night.
