Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. As a small, locally owned family business with limited drivers, we reserve your date and time specifically for you. Once a reservation is made, we may turn away other customers for that time slot. For this reason, all payments are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of our service and high demand in areas with little to no rideshare or taxi options, payments are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. However, if your flight is delayed or canceled due to airline or weather-related issues, we do our best to accommodate changes at no additional charge, subject to availability. Please note that significant delays may affect our schedule with other customers.
No, our prices are flat-rate and do not change based on the time of day, day of the week, or holidays.
We do not charge extra for flight delays. We simply ask that you notify us as soon as possible if your flight is delayed or canceled so we can make the necessary schedule adjustments. While we try to build in buffer time between bookings, major delays may impact our ability to serve other clients. Your communication helps us maintain excellent service.
No, unlike some companies, gratuities are not mandatory, but they are greatly appreciated. Like in any service industry, it is customary to show appreciation for excellent service.
